This Charter shall be read with the Terms and Conditions placed on our Website www.quickcarehealth.com and shall be construed as an integral part of the Terms and Conditions.
RIGHTS:
The Service Providers, Nurses, Healthcare Entities and the Healthcare Personnel shall ensure that there is no discrimination made amongst the patients with respect to the Services being provided to them. There shall not be any discrimination made on the basis of race, caste, creed, religion, sexual orientation, colour or place of origin.
The Healthcare Personnel, Service Providers, Nurses and the Healthcare Entities shall ensure that the Users are not neglected, and that they shall be protected from any form of abuse either physical or mental.
The Users have the right to be informed about the personnel providing the Services and coordinating the care of the Users which is being providing by the Service Providers, Healthcare Entities, Healthcare Personnel and the Nurses. The Users shall have the right to be informed about their health conditions and such information shall be accurate and genuine. The Users shall have the right to participate in any decisions made as far the User’s health condition is a concern. Informed and voluntary consent shall be taken from the Users. Further, the Users shall be informed with regards to any changes in the personnel providing the aforementioned Services. A prior information with regards to the costs of treatment shall be intimated to the Users and such information shall not be false.
The Users have the right to non-disclosure of the information that is disclosed by the Users to the Service Providers, Healthcare Entities, Healthcare Personnel and the Nurses on the Online Platform. Such information shall not be disclosed to any other third parties and shall be maintained with strictest confidence.
The Users have the right to refuse treatment in case of dissatisfaction with regards to the Services being provided.
The User shall have the right to take action in case of any misrepresentation and provision of false information against the Service Providers, Healthcare Entities, Healthcare Personnel and the Nurses.
The Users have the right to report any defects in the medical equipments and any concerns with regards to the medications provided by the Service Providers and Healthcare Personnel. The Users also have the right to bring to notice, in case of any side effects with regards to the drugs being prescribed to him/her. The Users have the right to take action against the Healthcare Entities and the Healthcare Personnel in case of any acts of medical negligence.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
It is solely the responsibility of the Users to provide true, genuine, accurate, complete information with respect to the medical history of the User including any ayurvedic treatment, homeopathy medications, previous hospitalizations, suffered with serious health ailments if any, any allergies, all medications and all matters relating to the User’s health.
It shall be the duty of the User to promptly follow the treatment plans and packages which the Users opt for. Further, it shall become the sole responsibility of the Users themselves if they refuse such treatment plans and packages to bear such consequences that may arise out of such refusal and shall intimate the same to the Company. The Company and/or Healthcare Personnel and/or Healthcare Entities and/or Nurses and/or Service Providers shall not be held responsible with respect to any consequences that may arise due to refusal of the patients to adhere to the treatment.
The Users shall strictly abide by all the policies and protocols including but not limited to infection control protocols, sanitation etc. provided on the Online Platform or as instructed by the Company’s personnel and the Terms so as to ensure effective care and proper provision of the Services and to avoid any clinical complications. In case of the Users refusing to follow the same, the Users and/or their relatives shall be held solely responsible and liable for any consequences therefrom and the Company shall have no liability in relation to the same.
The Users shall promptly make payments for the Services so availed within the stipulated time frames in accordance with the payment terms as mentioned in these Terms. The Users shall avoid any delays in the payments and shall not refrain making such payments for the Services so availed by the Users.
The professionals and the personnel providing the Services shall be treated with respect and with dignity and the Users and/or their relatives shall not manhandle, abuse or harass the Healthcare Personnel or Nurses or other Service Providers or other professional providing the Services in any manner. The Users shall always be courteous to the professionals and the authorized personnel. The Users shall be solely responsible in case any of the User ill-treat or misbehave with the Healthcare Personnel, their authorised personnel and the Service Providers.
