A critical care specialist or intensivist is the most complete physician amongst all healthcare professionals. They undergo rigorous training to conduct acute care of patients with the highest standards of precision and safety. Critical care physicians are more capable of delivering favourable outcomes along with a higher degree of patient satisfaction.

No. We currently operate on cash payment only. Most care plans are supported by various offers and schemes for payment. We are, however, working on various cashless payment options as well and will notify you as soon as the platform receives insurance approval.

Our care plans are customised and meticulously designed by our team of critical care specialists as per patients’ clinical assessment and risk categorisation. Any request or plan change will only be the decision of the QC team. The patient’s or relatives’ suggestions will be taken into consideration though.

No. QC is a new and recently launched home-based care platform. But, we assure you that we deliver the highest standard of care services with its strict evidence-based protocols and regular clinical audits under the supervision of critical care specialists for continued improvisation and result-oriented training upgrades. QC is working on getting the NABH accreditation soon.

No. It can be used by follow up or subscribed clients during regular working hours, which is 9 am to 9 pm, strictly based on an appointment.

Yes. The diagnostic facility and the quality standards of lab essentials are ISO & NABL certified. Also, the pharmaceutical products used by QC are FDA-approved. IIPA compliance norms, as per e-pharmacy draft under CDSCO, are strictly followed too.

We assure of a quick resolution/action, team inquiry, and appropriate steps as per medico-legal laws and jurisdiction.

50% of the per day charges of the care plan is a one-time registration fee for admissions at home. This includes:

  • Internet handling fees
  • Convenience fees
  • 2nd opinion activation
  • Fumigation sterilization / Basic linen requirements
  • Basic vital kit with an IV stand
  • Cloud-based backup of reports up to 10GB
  • A single physical copy of clinical summary & prescription along with e-print version

NOTE: Registration fees are non-refundable under any circumstances and is levied over and above the care plan charges.

No. This platform is not for emergency medical help. You are advised to approach the nearest hospital in case of an emergency. Also, refer to the list of Acute-Emergency conditions mentioned on the site, for which immediate hospital conditions should be considered at the earliest.
